    No vehicular access (for packing away) will be permitted until 30 minutes after the end of the event.

    All vehicles must be in the designated parking area or out of the park 30 mins before the event start time

    You will need to bring your own tables.
    You will be expected to take any rubbish pertaining to your stall away with you. Bags will be provided.

    Stalls being run by the organisers include refreshments and food.
