EASTER
SATURDAY marked the return of our ever-popular Easter Egg Hunt and luckily the forecast rain didn’t stop play! The hunt was £2.50 per entry with all proceeds raised on the day going back into making Hardie Park the best in SS17. Every entrant received an egg on completion from our resident Easter bunny. The park was bustling!
We’d like to give a huge thanks to everyone for attending our event including local businesses and stallholders. There was a great turn-out of mums, dads, grandparents and children; your feedback has been fantastic. Here’s just one of the comments left on our facebook page…

The Easter Raffle 1st prize was donated by JMN Alarms (kit and installation worth £750). These generous gifts from local businesses are really appreciated and support of our fundraising efforts enormously. Thank you, thank you.
The day was organised and run by volunteers undertaking a wide range of roles, cafe staff, ticket selling, litter picking, stall organising, Egg delivery, table cleaning, washing up, book stall, gate welcoming, parking attendants, finance and social media communication.
